Shipping, Cores, and What to Expect After You Order

Shipping, Cores, and What to Expect After You Order

You placed your order — here is what comes next.

Processing: after payment is settled, we pull and inspect your part before it leaves. Larger items like engines, transmissions, and body panels take a little longer to prep and crate safely, so we will give you a realistic timeline up front.

Shipping: smaller parts ship by standard carriers. Heavy or oversized items may ship by freight, which can require a delivery appointment. We will let you know which applies to your order and share tracking once it is on the way. Local pickup is available too — just ask.

Core charges: some parts, like certain engine and drivetrain components, carry a core charge. A core is your old, rebuildable part. When we charge a core fee, you get it back after returning the old unit. We will always tell you clearly if a part has a core charge before you buy.

When it arrives: inspect the part right away and compare it to your old one before installing. If anything looks wrong, contact us before installation so we can help within your 45-day warranty.

Have a question about your order? Message us anytime — we are happy to help.
