We stand behind the parts we pull. Every part we sell carries a 45 business-day warranty from the date of delivery or pickup. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Counted from the day the part is delivered or picked up. That's a full window to install, test, and confirm the part is exactly what you needed.

When You Can Return a Part

Within the 45 business-day window, we accept returns when:

  • The part is defective
    It doesn't work as described or fails to perform the way it should.
  • The part doesn't match
    Wrong fitment for your vehicle, or not the item that was ordered.
  • You have a valid complaint
    Anything that doesn't line up with what was promised at the time of sale.

How to Start a Return or Claim

  1. 1Reach out within 45 business days with your order details and the part in question.
  2. 2Describe the issue — and send photos where it helps show a defect or mismatch.
  3. 3Once we review it, we'll arrange a matching replacement or a refund after the part is returned and inspected.

Returned parts should come back in the same condition they left in — uninstalled where possible. All parts are sold as-is unless stated otherwise; the warranty above applies to parts not explicitly marked final sale.
